So what do I actually have to do?
Share a few details at the start, answer the occasional quick question, and show up for your appointment. On postal routes, drop the file in the post. We do everything else.
Which countries and documents do you cover?
India, the UK and the US today. Indian passports and OCI are live now. Birth certificate, Aadhaar and PAN are next.
What does it cost and what is included?
One flat fee per application, which covers the government and consular agency fees for that application as well as our service fee.
How long does it take?
It depends on the document and the government body handling it. We keep you posted on the processing timelines for your route as shared by the government and consular agencies.
Do you book the appointment for me?
Yes. We confirm the preferred slots with you over the phone, book it on the government portal, then handle the confirmation so there is nothing for you to chase.
Is my family's information safe?
Your names, passport numbers and documents are never shared with third-party AI models. The AI that prepares your applications works only with anonymous placeholders, and nothing is submitted until you approve it.
What if my situation is not the standard one, say a single parent or an adoption?
We currently support two married parents. If yours is different we tell you that upfront, rather than hand you the wrong forms.
